Terms and Conditions

The registration agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use stated herein.

If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend the conference/event, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a SGD 150 administration fee, up to 30 days before the event. You are not allowed cancellations after that date. However you can make a substitution at any time for a SGD 150 fee.  Please see the substitution policy for details.  If you don’t attend the Conference and have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded. 

Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or mail. Please note there will be a SGD150 processing fee for any substitution.

If you are paying by check, please note that the check must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline date in order to receive that pricing. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be required to pay the full on-site price for the package selected.

Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Your registration must be paid in full before the Early Bird and Discount deadlines in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.

If you purchase multiple Conference registration passes at the same time you will automatically receive the pre-set discount per attendee registration. To receive the Group Discount, you will be required to purchase the minimum number of Conference passes using one (1) credit card in a single transaction.

Details like speakers, topics, dates and pricing are correct at the time of going to press. However, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions of the above for which the organisers cannot be held responsible. Any changes to the above will be noted on our website  and delegates should check regularly for updates.

Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend the Conference, and all related events.  Requests for any exception to this term will not be entertained.

The Conference is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some Conference activities. The Conference reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

You may be asked to scan/display your badge either at the conference or associated events.

We reserve the right to escort any individual from The conference/event if they are reported to be soliciting in the Exposition and are not an The conference/event sponsor or exhibitor. We encourage attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. We also encourage you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.

In our sole discretion, without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Conference anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.
